Your Daily Routine For Weight Loss

Losing your weight is not easy, however, if you follow this daily routine for your weight loss you may end up losing 20Kg in just three months.

  • Get up early in the morning and have a warm glass of water with lemon on an empty stomach. This helps you to remove a lot of wastage out from your body. And helps in quick weight loss.
  • Go out for a workout, You may have a run for 3-5Km or go for yoga, gym, dance, Zumba or maybe some other exercise that you may like as this will charge your body and will make you feel fresh.
  • Have a small meal of breakfast, maybe a coffee without sugar or just a brown bread, or fresh fruits.
  • In lunchtime have a king size meal between 12 pm to 2 pm which should last for long and it will provide the energy and will keep your body pump throughout the day. Avoid having rice, in place of that have chapatti this will help you to create a calorie deficit and will not make you feel hungry.
  • Do not eat junk or fast foods. Also, avoid having chips or other packet items otherwise this will hamper your daily routine for weight loss.
  • Go for a small walk during the evening time.
  • Once you are back from the walk you may have dry fruit or milk to curb your hunger.
  • In your dinner time as well you should have a small meal, 2 chapattis will do enough for you. And once you have your dinner then wait for at least 2 hours before you go to your bed. This will give your body enough time to digest all the food.

That’s it, you just have to follow this daily routine for weight loss and you will start noticing the changes that you inherit.
